The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. As a Compensation and Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of compensation and benefits programs that drive employee satisfaction and engagement.

Main Objectives
  • C&B Programs Implementation
    • Develop and execute C&B programs, including salary benchmarking, health cards, loans, annual physical exams, and incentive programs.
    • Collaborate with vendors to maximize their service or product features and offerings.
  • Payroll Processing and Mandatory Government Remittances
    • Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations, deductions, and disbursements.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and validate payroll data required for accurate processing.
    • Flag significant attendance concerns.
    • Process necessary reports and payment requests for employer obligations towards government agencies.
  • Employee Record Safekeeping
    • Verify accuracy of employee information before executing changes to HRIS records.
    • Record and update employee details in HRIS, including full name, hire date, reporting line, base salary, and position title.
    • Properly store and organize hard copies of personnel documents.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits, payroll processing, and HR administration.
    • Proficiency in payroll systems, HRIS (Sprout Solutions), and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Solid understanding of payroll practices, mandatory government remittances, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.
    • Knowledge in vendor management, particularly in coordinating with benefits and service providers.
