The key responsibilities of this role include:

Policy Maturity Processing
  • Verify the details of all maturing insurance policies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Confirm policy terms, benefits, and maturity values based on policy records to ensure timely and correct payment.
Benefits Calculation and Disbursement
  • Calculate maturity benefits, including bonuses, interests and additional payouts, in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments for timely disbursement of funds to customers.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in payouts or payout details to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Interaction and Support
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding maturity timelines, requirements and benefits.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to policy maturity in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and clear communication.
Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory and company standards to maintain compliance and avoid penalties.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondences to facilitate easy reference and reporting.
  • Prepare reports on matured policies, payouts, and pending cases for management review to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with stakeholders to streamline processes and requirements for better efficiency and customer experience.
