DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Process Optimization Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of Company policies, processes, and procedures.
  • You will identify gaps, weaknesses, and risks in internal controls and compliance procedures, and work closely with various Department Heads to address control gaps and implement improvements.
  • A key focus area will be reviewing and analyzing processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • You must have experience working in an ERP environment and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field is required.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with an External Audit Firm, preferably Top 4 External Audit Firms.
