We are seeking a seasoned Power BI Senior Developer to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the reporting and data consumption layer of our large-scale enterprise data platform.

You will work closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, high-performance dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring optimal integration with Azure-based data sources. Your expertise will also guide best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in the use of Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Snowflake as the central data platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize the reporting and data consumption layer of our large-scale enterprise data platform.
  • Develop scalable, high-performance dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring optimal integration with Azure-based data sources.
  • Guide best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in the use of Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Snowflake as the central data platform.
  • Work closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualizations.
  • Practical knowledge of SSIS for ETL processes and experience integrating diverse data sources such as SAP and Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of Snowflake is a strong advantage, especially in a hybrid Microsoft–Snowflake environment.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft technologies, supporting decision-making and implementation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
