The Security Compliance Associate will play a critical role in performing security system assessments, monitoring, and reporting. This includes conducting audits, tracking vulnerability assessments, security testing, and collaborating with operations teams on the remediation and mitigation of audit findings. They will assess and integrate security controls of the entire corporate environment in line with applicable requirements from PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA/HITRUST, and ISO 27001.

This position entails ensuring alignment of security controls to client requirements, supporting the management of all enterprise security compliance requirements, and collaborating with business units outside of InfoSec to document policies and procedures formally. The Security Compliance Associate will also work with security engineers for the optimal configuration of network and host-based security platforms aligned with compliance requirements.

A successful candidate should possess strong project management skills, be able to self-start projects, and have excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills. Functional awareness of both Linux-based and MS Windows-based system platforms is required, along with a strong IT technical understanding and aptitude for analytical problem-solving.
