Customer Success Associate Job Description

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with an MBA in Marketing who wants to build a career in customer success.

The position involves delivering engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients, supporting customer onboarding, and ensuring smooth product adoption. You will also act as a key communication link between the organization and clients, managing client interactions, updates, and pipelines in HubSpot CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering engaging product demos and walkthroughs for clients
  • Supporting customer onboarding and ensuring smooth product adoption
  • Acting as a key communication link between the organization and clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly
  • Managing client interactions, updates, and pipelines in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborating with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs
  • Collecting client feedback and providing insights to internal teams for product improvements
  • Tracking and reporting on customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: B.Tech or BCA with BSBA, MBA (Marketing/Sales specialization)
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer success, client engagement, or pre-sales roles (internships considered)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to confidently deliver online product demos and training sessions
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools)
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented
  • Analytical skills to understand client needs and identify opportunities for value addition
  • Proactive, customer-focused mindset with eagerness to grow in the SaaS/HR Tech industry
