Security Assurance Leadership

Sitel Corp requires an experienced cybersecurity professional to drive compliance with various security frameworks and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead security assurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Oversee external audits and collaborate with auditors to provide necessary documentation and responses.
  • Assess gaps in security controls and develop strategies for remediation and improvement.
  • Be a subject matter expert on security frameworks and influence the organization's security strategy.
  • Develop and implement security standards and policies aligned with industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to evaluate the security posture of the organization and its assets.
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure coherent security practices.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in information security, with a focus on security assurance and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Security Management, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as HITRUST CSF, SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading external audit engagements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
