Reports Analyst Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, handling, and maintaining reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. You will work closely with customers and stakeholders to address data and reporting concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create, handle, and maintain reports, both recurring and ad-hoc, to support business decision-making and drive revenue growth.
  2. Analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends and insights to inform business strategies.
  3. Develop and implement data visualization tools and reports to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Above-average proficiency in using spreadsheets (primarily Excel) to analyze, prioritize, and present data.
  • Ability to accurately communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Quick learning ability and capacity to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with numbers and data.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
