Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the successful delivery of technology solutions across multiple domains. This role plays a pivotal part in driving project outcomes and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality results.

About the Role
  • Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from planning through delivery
  • Lead the delivery of product development initiatives, working closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers
  • Oversee projects involving data pipelines, dashboard/reporting solutions, and IT infrastructure
  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams
  • Ensure strong documentation, status tracking, and proactive risk and issue management
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and project governance standards
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with proven success in delivering technical and/or product-focused projects
  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Experience managing software development projects, particularly those involving agile or hybrid delivery methods
  • Familiarity with Microsoft-based technology stacks — strong conceptual understanding required
  • Exposure to projects involving data/ETL workflows, dashboards, or cloud infrastructure
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness — able to align project delivery with business priorities and value
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams concurrently
