The role of an Administrative Coordinator at WESTERNSHORE NICKEL CORPORATION is to oversee the smooth functioning of office operations, ensuring efficient management of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Coordinate and manage office activities, including scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining office supplies, and managing equipment maintenance.
  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, conferences, and events for managers and executives, maintain team calendars, and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between departments, employees, and clients, handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Document Management: Organize and manage important files, records, and documents, preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Event Planning: Assist with organizing company events, conferences, and meetings, coordinating logistics, including venue booking, catering, and travel arrangements.
  • Support to Management: Provide administrative support to executives and managers, assist with project management, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Budget and Expense Tracking: Monitor and manage office budgets, track expenses, and handle invoices efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is often preferred), along with administrative or business certifications.
  • Experience: Previous administrative or office management experience (usually 1-3 years), with expertise in office software and equipment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and adaptability.
