Description

At Sysgen RPO, Inc., we're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our vendor enrollment efforts. As the Vendor Enrollment Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving team performance while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead daily operations and mentor a team of Vendor Enrollment Specialists to achieve optimal performance.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and monitor progress through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Facilitate team meetings to share best practices and address challenges.
  • Cultivate process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and enrollment success rates.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Escalate vendor inquiries and concerns for timely resolution and a positive experience.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to align efforts and ensure successful vendor onboarding.
  • Present regular reports to upper management on team performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales success and meeting team targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage vendors and team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and improve team performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly organized with a focus on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and passion for driving team success.
