As a Loan Processor, you will manage pre-credit loan processing tasks including retention pricing, valuations, data entry, and post-settlement support. Your primary goal is to ensure accurate and timely preparation of loan applications.

Job Description

Our team requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for conducting retention pricing of existing client books, preparing servicing calculators for brokers, sending welcome emails and initial data requests to new clients, and entering data for new clients and updating existing client records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Australian mortgage loan processing (pre- or post-settlement)
  • Familiarity with pricing and valuation processes
  • Exposure to CRM platforms such as Mercury, FLEX, SalesTrekker, or Symmetry
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful, commercially minded, and eager to learn
  • Bachelor's or College Degree (any field)
