Job Title:

Technical Product Trainer

">Job Description:
  • Develops and executes training plans, training materials.
  • Assesses individual and group training needs; maintains individual and group training records.
  • Creates, updates and performs knowledge checks on a regular basis.
  • Facilitates new hire onboarding training.
  • Plans, prepares, and researches lessons.
  • Creates, organizes and delivers training materials including online courses.
  • Instructs team members on an individual or group basis.
  • Checks and assesses (grades) users' work and delivers feedback with course grades.
  • Creates and provides training summaries to stakeholders with good presentation skills.
  • Assists operations with understanding agent opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills are required.
  • Analytic and result-oriented professionals are sought after.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to handle conflicts and accept constructive feedback is necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Product Trainer is necessary.
  • Startup experience is a plus but not required.
  • Applicants should be highly technical.
  • Experience with writing documentation, creating and organizing courses is essential.
  • Candidates should be able to work and learn independently.
  • Ability to assess needs in terms of product knowledge is vital.
  • Proactive contribution to the team without strict supervision or waiting for directives is expected.
  • Applicants can think of new processes or improvements to existing processes.
  • Ability to write clear process documentation and create relevant reports is necessary.
