Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This role requires exceptional administrative skills, marketing expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will handle a wide range of tasks, including calendar management, email communication, and data entry. They will also assist with report preparation, presentations, and other materials as needed.

In addition to their administrative skills, the ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, content creation, and social media management. They should be proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Marketing background with experience in content creation, social media management, and promotional campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
