Lead the Future of Finance

About the Role:

As a Business Head, you will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech company and play a pivotal role in shaping its future. You will be responsible for leading the entire business unit with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.

  • Incubation of New Products: Identify and assess new opportunities in the crypto and investments space, focusing on blockchain-based innovations.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth, including exploring new business models and revenue streams.
  • P&L Management: Oversee business finances, ensure profitability, and effective resource allocation.
  • Product Roadmap Leadership: Define the strategic product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in business development, product management, and P&L management, preferably in the cryptocurrency, investments, or fin-tech industry.
  • A proven track record of incubating and launching successful products.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and industry trends.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
