About the Role

As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will spearhead projects by guiding stakeholders and conducting in-depth analysis to drive operational excellence.

This role plays a key management part in gathering and analyzing data, designing and building solutions for our stakeholders to optimize business outcomes.

You will work on diverse projects across multiple programs within the company, leveraging your expertise to turn data into meaningful insights and transformative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist process owners in identifying improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.
  2. Manage operational information of business areas to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Facilitate process workshops to foster collaboration and innovation.
  4. Support executives on process optimization matters to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  5. Perform audits and assessments of internal processes to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business (equivalent experience considered).
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (internal hires required).
  • 5+ years of work experience in a related field.

Requirements:

  • Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Full English language dominance to collaborate with global teams.
  • Ability to ask questions and understand client needs to deliver tailored solutions.
