Program Manager – APAC Training Programs

We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to manage learning programs for bilingual audiences across the Asia-Pacific region. You will schedule sessions, coordinate facilitators, track attendance, and provide participant support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bilingual Communication: Provide language support for manufacturing training programs and assist participants with their needs.
  • Regional Management: Optimize program sessions according to APAC time zones, liaise with vendors, and manage the participant service desk.
  • Process Optimization: Document processes, provide cross-program support, and ensure coverage during peak periods.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain 24-hour response times, prepare regional reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
Critical Skills/Experience:
  • Team coordination and management
  • Vendor liaison experience
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills

Duration: 8 months (possible extension). This role requires full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, working from 8 AM–5 PM SGT.

Languages Required: English & Mandarin (must)
