Job Summary

As a seasoned Retention Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic email marketing campaigns that drive top results. Your expertise in automation, targeting, and campaign performance measurement will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with client goals and customer insights.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand, timely, and cost-effective projects.
  3. Lead client communication through regular calls and presentations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Manage a small team (3-5 direct reports), including coaching, onboarding, and training new hires.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards).
  • Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution.
  • Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Proven experience managing teams; prior experience leading remote teams is an advantage.
