Sales Recruitment and Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Sales Recruitment and Training Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in determining manpower requirements for ongoing projects;
  • Develop and implement sales recruitment programs and activities;
  • Schedule applicants for training sessions;
  • Maintain an updated sales recruitment database.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of services related to maintaining the sales force, including 201 file maintenance, RESA accreditation monitoring/tracking, and PA administration;

Training and Development:

  • Review logistical requirements for training and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made;
  • Prepare budgets for training logistics and ensure that all logistical needs are met;
  • Coordinate with the Admin Department to acquire necessary materials for training;
  • Facilitate the reproduction of training delivery materials;
  • Ensure safekeeping of training logistics and materials;
  • Assist in conducting diagnostic exams and knowledge-based assessments;
  • Administer end-of-training evaluations and provide feedback;
  • Report on training performance and evaluation results in a timely manner;
  • Regularly assess the performance of sales personnel and identify areas for improvement;
  • Contribute to improving TCMD programs and initiatives;
  • Manage the training infrastructure, including the Learning Management System and relevant databases/tools;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
