Customer Success Manager

The primary objective of this position is to guarantee that mid-market and enterprise customers fully realize the value from Nooks and are satisfied with the experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 mid-market and enterprise accounts, maximizing the impact and value of Nooks for users, stakeholders, and their business.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Nooks into new customers' sales processes through effective onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain multi-threaded relationships to acquire a deep understanding of customer business goals and ensure a Nooks deployment that meets their objectives.
  • Regularly engage with customers to share Nooks outcomes, address any issues, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Analyze customer usage metrics to identify valuable Nooks features and proactively lead upsell conversations.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and develop proactive plans to address areas of concern.
  • Provide assistance with Technical Support for customers as needed.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within Nooks, providing product feedback to ensure customer requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of B2B SaaS CSM experience managing a portfolio of 40+ accounts with a successful renewals track record.
  • At least 2 years of customer onboarding and support experience, ensuring easy access to relevant resources throughout the customer journey.
  • Experience in Sales tech stack and tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and ability to use data to proactively identify customer challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a rapidly-changing SaaS environment.
  • Proven success working across teams and wearing multiple hats in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
