Job Summary

This is a key leadership position for our Reliability, Maintenance and Engineering (RME) team at ASSPL in Delhi. We are seeking an experienced RME Manager to lead the site's maintenance and facilities management of our Fulfillment Center.

About the Role
  • Lead the site's RME team in maintaining high standards of facility upkeep and asset reliability.
  • Manage day-to-day engineering and soft services, including housekeeping, utility systems, and building infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for FC assets, material handling systems, and automation equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, waste management, and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations, safety, and HR teams to achieve stakeholder objectives.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports on facility performance and manage employee benefits.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with external consultants on facility requirements and permitting.
  • Vendor development and management for facility works.
  • Coordinating with PXT teams for employee benefits programs.
  • Closely working with WHS teams to ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Ensuring shift operations run smoothly, including building facilities upkeep, MHE operation and maintenance, and scrap and waste management.
  • Leading training and development initiatives for team members.
A Day in the Life

You will start each day with timely reporting, pre-shift audits, and ensuring buildings and MHEs are ready for operation. You will attend various meetings, including bin gemba, DDD meets, and process gemba, while also ensuring site readiness for leadership gemba.

About the Team

The RME team is led by the Country Manager and supported by Regional and BU Managers. This diverse team is responsible for activities such as:

  • Building facilities upkeep.
  • FC MHEs sorter, conveying system operation and maintenance.
  • Utility equipment operation and maintenance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
  • More than 8 years of experience in operation and maintenance of large facilities, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
