This role oversees the site RME team, ensuring the maintenance and facilities management of the Fulfillment center. Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day engineering and soft services, preventive and predictive maintenance of FC assets, building upkeep, EHS compliance, stakeholder management, and cost efficiency.
About the TeamThe Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) team reports to the Country Manager and comprises Regional managers and BU managers. This diverse team handles various activities such as building upkeep, FC MHEs operation, utility equipment maintenance, and more.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics with over 8 years of experience in facility operation and maintenance. The estimated salary for this position is ₹25,00,000 per annum, considering the location and industry standards.
A Day in the LifeAs an RME Manager, your day starts with timely reporting and pre-shift audits. You'll be responsible for building and MHE readiness, attending bin Gemba, DDD meets, and Process Gemba. Additionally, you'll ensure near-miss punch, KSR/FSI audits, and report closer in APM.
