Japanese Bilingual Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Bilingual professional to join our team at Neksjob Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing language support and ensuring the smooth execution of various systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Update and maintain various systems and tools according to standard process documentation.
- Execute transactions with minimal direction, enter data, and retrieve information from group-specific systems.
- Audit own data entry for accuracy and make required corrections.
- Conduct data verification and respond to various requests for information.
- File, archive, and retrieve documents using filing standards.
- Produce standard correspondence by following existing templates and adhering to client formatting and quality standards.
- Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results, and compiling in requested format.
- May coordinate the work of a small team in areas of high-volume transaction processing and/or the training/education of new and/or more junior team members.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and methods.
- May serve as a technical and functional resource or super user to other team members.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned.
- Meet established goals and objectives.
- Become a subject matter expert for complex processes.
- Document all new learning(s) or change in processes in the standard format and seek relevant approvals on a periodic basis.
- N3 to Native level Japanese language proficiency.
- Prefers N3 to N1 JLPT or JNAT certification.
- Excellent Nihongo reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- MS Windows PC skills are a must.
- Ability to send/respond to emails in MS Outlook, attend teleconference calls using MS Teams, and take screenshots and copy/paste screen sections to electronic documents.
- High learnability and professionalism, including reporting/leaving work on time, speedy/accurate/quality execution of assigned tasks, and attention to details.
- Ability to undergo a minimum of 3 to 6 months training.
