Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Bilingual professional to join our team at Neksjob. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for various systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain systems and tools according to standard process documentation
  • Execute transactions with minimal direction, enter data, and retrieve information from group-specific systems
  • Audit own data entry for accuracy and make required corrections
  • Conduct data verification and respond to information requests
  • File, archive, and retrieve documents using established filing standards
  • Produce standard correspondence by following existing templates and adhering to client formatting and quality standards
  • Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results, and compiling in requested format
  • May coordinate the work of a small team in areas of high-volume transaction processing and/or the training/education of new and/or more junior team members on operation procedures and policies
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and methods
  • May serve as a technical and functional resource or super user to other team members
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned
Requirements
  • N1 JLPT NAT certification (must be provided)
  • Nihongo reading/writing/speaking skill is a must
  • MS Windows PC skills are also a must
  • Resources must be trainable and have high learnability
  • Resources should have professionalism, including reporting/leesing work on time, speedy/accurate/quality execution of assigned tasks, having attention to details, ability to do self-checking, ability to follow desktop procedures (DTP), and seeking advice from immediate supervisor in case of any DTP deviations encountered
