As a critical component of our global planning process, we seek an exceptional Demand Planning Leader to drive strategic decision-making and shape demand into actionable plans.

This vital role operates at the center of our global planning process, coordinating inputs from Sales, Product Management, and Finance to lead the Global Demand Planning Cycle.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to translate data into decisions, driving measurable improvements in MAPE, Bias, and Forecast Adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the monthly demand process from system handover to consensus sign-off, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
  • Develop and maintain robust forecasting reports and KPIs using Excel, Power BI (or Tableau), and SAP IBP, driving business insights and informed decision-making.
  • Bridge strategy and execution by translating commercial assumptions and market intelligence into an aligned, actionable forecast.
  • Advance collaboration and accountability by facilitating monthly consensus meetings and preparing executive-ready materials.
  • Support constrained planning by collaborating with the Supply Planner to identify constraint-driven adjustments and simulate scenarios evaluating trade-offs.
  • Enhance cross-functional engagement by acting as the single point of contact for demand planning across regions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning or S&OP in a multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively influence cross-functional teams.
  • High proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or Tableau); experience with SAP IBP is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
