We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Pointwest Technologies Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals for US-based facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and Placement: Source, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, coders, and billers.
- Candidate and Client Experience: Ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience for candidates and clients alike.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients to drive successful placements and business growth.
- Hiring Targets: Meet monthly hiring targets to drive business growth.
- Candidate Pipelines: Expand candidate pipelines and networks to access top talent.
- Market Insights: Provide market insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate recruitment databases to ensure seamless operations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations to minimize risk.
- Process Improvements: Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Staying Current: Stay updated on healthcare recruitment trends to drive innovation and excellence.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and knowledge-sharing opportunities to enhance skills and expertise.
- Team Success: Support peers and contribute to team success through collaboration and open communication.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment. Proficiency in recruitment tools such as ATS, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn is also essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required, as well as the ability to work night shift/US time zones. High organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach are necessary to excel in this role.
