Job Title

A skilled and experienced IT professional is required to manage, monitor, and maintain the organization's computer networks and systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.

This role requires a strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and network security, as well as experience with cloud platforms and SaaS tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain IT systems and networks to prevent issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls).
  • Monitor system performance and network availability, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Ensure system and network security by implementing appropriate firewalls, antivirus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to employees.
  • Collaborate with senior administrators to ensure aligned and streamlined operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related position.
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and macOS.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Networking skills, including LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and managed network devices.
  • Network security skills, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and data protection protocols.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and basic administration of SaaS tools.
Soft Skills

  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
