We are currently seeking a skilled and resourceful Senior IT Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure management team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for core applications: Automation Engine, LifePRO, and EAS.

In this role, you will troubleshoot using IT ecosystem tools; perform after-hours incident resolution as part of nightly cycle support. Additionally, you will design and modify moderately complex automation workflows or batch processes; identify root causes and participate in Root Cause Analysis meetings.

Your responsibilities will also include managing full project lifecycle from design through development, testing, and implementation. You will need to understand network security, application security, and fileshare permissions; facilitate issue resolution with business, IT staff, or vendors.

You will gather system requirements and support testing; contribute to project plans and timelines. Furthermore, you will adhere to configuration and change management policies to ensure change awareness, approval, and success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Self-motivated; analytical thinking; problem solving; leadership; teamwork; excellent communication skills.
