Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Reporting Specialist to join our team.

This role involves providing critical accounting support, including maintaining a working knowledge of the ledger assignment, conducting analysis of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss, monitoring trends and fluxes, and evaluating accounting implications.

You will be responsible for assisting and engaging with country counterparts and/or corporate accounting teams on all matters affecting assigned ledgers. Additionally, you will serve as a point of contact for queries to any accounting and CSSC functional teams, coordinate with relevant parties throughout the statutory audit process, and act as an extension of country controllers.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Accountancy or a related field, preferably a CPA. They should also possess 3 years of experience in audit and accounting and reporting, with expertise in business software such as SAP. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards work are essential.

This is a full-time employment opportunity with an associate-level seniority level in the Accounting/Auditing and Finance job function. The ideal candidate will have industry experience in IT Services and IT Consulting.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of the ledger assignment.
  • Conduct analysis of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss, monitor trend and fluxes and evaluate accounting implications.
  • Assist and engage with Country counterparts and/or Corporate Accounting Team on all matters affecting assigned ledgers.
  • Point of contact for queries to any Accounting and CSSC functional teams, coordinates with relevant parties throughout the statutory audit process and acts as an extension of country controllers.
  • Ensure standard policies and procedures are applied, and any exceptions are reported to Corporate Accounting or Local Finance.
  • Monitors and ensures the performance of month-end closing activities.
