- Manage event logistics, including venue rental, catering menus, décor, and entertainment options, to deliver unique experiences for clients.
- Develop detailed event timelines and production schedules, coordinate vendor contracts and payments, and manage event budgets to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, addressing their concerns, and exceeding their expectations to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate all aspects of social event execution, ensuring smooth handovers and minimizing disruptions.
- Monitor sales performance, booking trends, and revenue forecasts to track progress against targets and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, market trends, and strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
Responsibilities include securing client signatures on event contracts, managing event setups, and resolving client complaints in a timely manner.
