Job Overview:

As a Part-Time Bookings Agent/Administrator at Creathink Solutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication with clients and yoga teachers. Your primary responsibilities will include answering bookings and inquiries, managing cancellations and charges, and providing exceptional customer service.

Schedule:

We are looking for someone to work 3-4 hours per day, split into two sessions: 1.5-2 hours in the morning (9am-10:30/11am Mon-Fri) and 1.5-2 hours in the evening (5pm-6:30/7pm Mon-Fri). Flexibility is required to accommodate occasional emergency situations that may arise during the business day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and assisting with bookings and inquiries promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Managing bookings, cancellations, charges, and other admin tasks through email, WhatsApp, and voice calls using our CRM system.
  • Arranging replacement of Yoga Teachers when they become unavailable prior to a class.
  • Being available for emergency situations once or twice a month, lasting approximately an hour or so during the business day.
  • During the low/off season, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, social media posts, newsletters, posters, basic video editing, and creating TikTok videos using Canva and similar tools.
  • Processing invoices and following up with Yoga Teachers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills (mostly written).
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills (a clear and understandable voice is necessary for occasional phone calls).
  • Ability to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and phone systems.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with yoga is preferred but not essential.
  • Trainable.
  • Prior admin or phone calling experience is required.
