Work Setup

This is a hybrid role that requires working in a shifting schedule with 3 days onsite per week.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Monitoring and Performance: Monitor and track all IT infrastructure, systems, and company websites which heavily rely on its performance and uptime using all available monitoring tools (i.e. Dynatrace, Site 24x7, Solarwinds, Grafana, etc.).
  2. Incident Response: Escalate and respond to critical alerts and incidents based on ITIL Incident Management framework.
  3. Performance Analysis: Analyze web and mobile application performance and alerts using Dynatrace, AWS Cloudwatch, Azure application insights, and log analytics; monitor events with Web Application Firewall (WAF).
What You'll Do

You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and tracking all IT infrastructure, systems, and company websites which heavily rely on its performance and uptime using all available monitoring tools.
