About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cash Collection Expert to join our team. As a key member of our finance operations team, you will be responsible for managing cash collection operations and working closely with local sales and finance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and analyze accounts receivable past due balances to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  2. Work with customers to understand their procure-to-pay cycles and resolve any issues.
  3. Manage and resolve invoice discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate receivables.
  4. Provide guidance to customers on Amazon billing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Act as the Voice of the Customer for top-tier customers and Sales Teams, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance & Accounting role as an Analyst.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
