Regulatory Compliance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining ongoing oversight over our compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain ongoing oversight over our compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in different regions.
  • Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Provide support to various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required.
  • Maintain regular communication and contact with other sites and monitor and report on performance.
  • Analyze new legislation to determine its impact on risk exposure and ensure that compliance-related activities are coordinated.
Requirements:
  • A University Degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC.
