Responsibilities

  • Update data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and integrity.

  • Perform database manipulation and data wrangling tasks to support business needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project status reporting, issue identification, and risk management.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in business process design, and documentation, or similar work experience.

  • Basic knowledge/skills in SQL or Python, desired experience in Salesforce.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills.
