Main Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
  • Dashboard and Report Development: Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Skills Enhancement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the BI Development team's standards, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related capacity (data analyst) in a multi-national company.
  • High proficiency in SQL (MSSQL, Oracle, Impala, etc.) and related programming extensions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau or other interactive data visualization software.
