Job Description

The Head of Internal Audit plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our governance, risk management, and control processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Internal Audit team to deliver high-quality assurance and advisory services to our Board and Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a risk-based internal audit plan for our business units, ensuring proper resourcing and adjusting the plan as needed in response to changes in operations, programs, systems, and controls.
  • Ensure methodical documentation of work plans, testing results, conclusions, and recommendations in accordance with our Internal Audit Manual.
  • Support local management teams in maintaining sound risk management and governance structures, and establish departmental goals for team members.
  • Ensure the Internal Audit function is managed appropriately in accordance with existing policies.
Requirements:
  • Audit experience with a minimum of 5 years, with the ability to manage and deal with people at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Independent, analytical, and a learning and growth mindset.
  • Ability to exhibit integrity, technical competence, objectivity, and confidentiality.
  • Intermediate English presentation and report writing skills.
