Job Description

We are seeking a specialist to support our clients with their e-commerce needs. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch customer experience by responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and offer solutions or escalate when needed.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the platform so you can answer questions quickly and accurately.
  • Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
  • Ensure timely resolution of all tickets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on escalated or complex issues.

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
