An IT Technical Governance Enterprise Architect is a permanent job role (FTE) thatis pivotal in ensuring that the organization's IT architecture aligns with its strategic goals and complies with the defined governance standards including vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture Strategy:

· Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies and governance framework that align with business goals.

· Ensure the architecture framework supports the organization's strategic objectives.

Governance and Compliance:

· Establish and enforce governance policies and standards for IT architecture.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Technical Leadership:

· Provide technical leadership and guidance to architecture teams.

· Oversee the design and implementation of complex IT solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

· Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

· Communicate architectural decisions and strategies to stakeholders.

Innovation and Best Practices:

· Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

· Promote the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions within the organization.

Risk Management:

· Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT architecture and governance.

· Develop strategies to address technical debt and ensure system reliability.

Business Analysis:

· Analyze business processes and requirements to identify integration opportunities.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and integration strategies.

Technical Support:

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration services.

· Monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of integration solutions.

Documentation:

· Document integration processes, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows.

· Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integration solutions.

Compliance and Security:

· Ensure data security and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

· Implement data governance practices to maintain data integrity.

Continuous Improvement:

· Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and methodologies.

· Recommend upgrades or new solutions to enhance integration capabilities.
