As a senior business analyst, you will be responsible for driving financial insights and identifying gaps in our business and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial and operational scalability.
  • Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives across product, sales, and operations.
  • Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in software-as-a-service and health-tech to inform financial and business recommendations.
  • Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a background in software-as-a-service and/or health-tech industries.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial analyst, business analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
  • Background in software-as-a-service or health-tech industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in accounting/finance platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SQL-based analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
