Lead Verification Support Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Verification Support Agent to join our team. As a Lead Verification Support Agent, you will be responsible for verifying the legitimacy of leads and ensuring that they meet our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact submitted leads to confirm their interest in our products or services
  • Forward qualified inquiries to the appropriate department or team
  • Accurately update and categorize leads in our system to ensure efficient lead management
  • Securely handle customers' sensitive information with discretion and care
  • Apply best practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide informed support
Requirements:
  • Fluent German and English language skills (C1 written and spoken required)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing is essential
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads is crucial
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are paramount
  • Strong administrative skills and a positive attitude are required
  • A stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speeds is necessary
