Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing automation scripts using testing tools, creating test strategies and processes, and collaborating with the development team to report and discuss issues.
This role involves manual and automation testing, creating test scripts for projects, and providing accurate records of results and feedback to the project team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in software testing, automation, and quality assurance, as well as excellent technical skills, including experience with test automation tools, programming languages, and test management tools.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute automation scripts using testing tools.
- Create test strategies, test documents, and processes.
- Collaborate with the development team to report and discuss issues.
- Perform manual and automation testing, and create test scripts for projects.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in QA procedures, programming languages, and test management tools.
- Strong experience in test automation tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium).
- Working experience in API Testing.
- Experience with any programming language (Java, C#, Python, etc.).
- Leadership experience is an advantage.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and report-writing skills.
- Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc.
- Experience in SQL/NoSQL databases.
