Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with business owners, founders, and key executives as their go-to advisor on critical financial decisions, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Design and execute complex strategies for succession planning, corporate governance, key person insurance, and employee retirement benefits, ensuring alignment with clients' organizational goals and objectives.
  • Act as a thought leader, leveraging expertise to manage complex accounts and deliver strategic insights and exceptional service, driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop a client portfolio with strategic autonomy and the backing of a global network, training, and digital tools, enabling leaders to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • A results-driven leader with proven experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related fields focusing on corporate or high-net-worth clients, possessing a deep understanding of financial markets and trends.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage senior executives and business owners, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Deep expertise in finance, investments, retirement planning, and market analysis, with the ability to dissect a business's financial structure and identify opportunities for growth and protection, driving business outcomes and success.
  • A self-driven, results-oriented individual with ambition to build and manage a sophisticated book of business, nationwide network of business owners is a plus, contributing to the growth and development of our agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field, certifications such as CWP or CFA are highly regarded, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
