Global Pacific Support is seeking an experienced HR and Operation Director to join our team in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry. As an HR and Operation Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources and operations within the company. This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
  • Manage employee performance evaluation and development programs, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, including handling disciplinary actions, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and drive operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze key HR and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and operations management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Director or relevant leadership role in the BPO industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related tools.
  • Knowledge of BPO industry operations and processes is highly desirable.
