About the Role:
S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager, Associate Director to lead our pioneering Global Index Management & Production Group in the Philippines. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily operations, manage global projects, build a high-performing team, and drive innovation in automation and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have strong managerial skills, a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a financial services or analytics role, and a strong understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and company fundamentals. Additionally, they should have excellent analytical and quantitative capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate work done by multiple people and/or groups.

In this role, you will:
* Manage and participate in daily operations and global projects
* Oversee the Makati office, comprised of individuals from two separate teams: ICAD and DX
* Develop the office and its members, including mentoring and upskilling
* Take part in production tasks rotations
* Oversee operational tasks for ICAD and DX teams, including calculating S&P DJI branded indices, running daily QA validations, and monitoring real-time calculation and distribution of global indices
* Ensure ICAD and DX processes adhere to internal S&P policies & procedures, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements
