We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Global Business Services Procure to Payment (P2P) function, you will be responsible for resolving incoming cases with a focus on customer service and user experience in the Supply Connect system (Coupa).
This role requires analytical thinking and frequent use of discretion and judgment. You will apply professional knowledge to synthesize information and draw conclusions effectively, providing support to the Team Lead on daily deliverables.
Main Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurately complete all Requisitions / Purchase Orders assigned according to identified SLAs.
- Finding opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement around the Procure to Pay Process.
- SUPPORTING internal and external audit requirements by ensuring complete and accurate operating procedures.
- Supporting Team Lead to a successful Knowledge Transfer by sharing standard methodologies and perform other related/ad hoc tasks/report as requested.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Professional Technician or university high school student in Accounting, Finance or Business Shared Service Center experience is desirable.
- MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, procurement or customer service.
- Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel.
- ERPs experience with Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Mainframe is preferred.
- Experience using Coupa software, Service Now and other financial tools are desirable.
