The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and procurement, with experience in developing and executing procurement strategies specific to cybersecurity solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating security vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for cybersecurity software, hardware, and professional services.
  • Identify and evaluate security vendors, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, licensing agreements, and pricing to optimize costs while maintaining security standards.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and risk management teams to assess vendor security posture.
  • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and security compliance requirements.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity market trends and emerging threats to inform procurement decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA) in all procurement activities.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, or a related field (Master's or certifications such as CPSM or CIPS preferred).
  • 7+ years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years focused on IT or cybersecurity sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM, and IAM solutions.
  • Experience managing vendor risk assessments and regulatory compliance in procurement.
  • Proficiency in procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
