About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Digital Strategy Officer to support our Office Leasing team. This individual will play a key role in generating leads, developing digital marketing campaigns, and managing marketing initiatives for Century Diamond Tower (CDT) and Asian Century Center (ACC).

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Marketing Support:
    • Design and implement strategies to increase lead generation and improve user engagement across various social media platforms.
    • Monitor incoming inquiries from multiple channels, ensuring seamless follow-up processes.
  2. Social Media and Digital Campaigns:
    • Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads for both properties.
    • Create engaging content highlighting the benefits and features of our buildings.
    • Analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  3. SEO and Website Optimization:
    • Optimize our website to drive high-quality traffic, targeting relevant demographics for office space leasing.
    • Implement and refine SEO strategies to boost online presence and attract organic visitors.
  4. Event Management and Collaborations:
    • Organize and host effective marketing events, either independently or in partnership with external partners.
    • Manage logistical aspects of events and promotional activities.
  5. Marketing Administration and Budget Oversight:
    • Oversee the tracking and updating of marketing expenditure reports to ensure optimal resource allocation.
    • Regularly report on marketing costs, campaign outcomes, and strategy assessments to align with leasing team objectives.
    • Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing duties as required.
  6. Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Maintain open communication with internal departments to align with company branding guidelines and central marketing efforts.
    • Provide periodic reports detailing digital marketing campaign performance, including traffic, engagement, and lead metrics.
    • Monitor competitors' marketing approaches and industry developments.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience, focusing on digital marketing, social media campaigns, and lead generation.
  3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media management, SEO, Google Analytics, and content creation software.
  4. Possession of knowledge about the office leasing market and its contemporary marketing trends is preferred.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in crafting compelling content for digital platforms.
  6. Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
