About the role

We are seeking an experienced Office Leasing Head to join a dynamic Real Estate company. In this full-time role based in Mandaluyong or Alabang, you will be responsible for leading office leasing strategy and initiatives, playing a crucial part in the growth and success of the real estate business.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive office leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income

  • Manage the entire leasing lifecycle, from identifying prospective tenants to negotiating lease agreements

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants

  • Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities and monitor industry trends

  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction

  • Prepare detailed reports and analysis to support decision-making

  • Mentor and lead a team of leasing professionals

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a proven track record in office leasing

  • Thorough understanding of the Metro Manila commercial real estate market and applicable regulations

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalise on market opportunities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

  • Proficient in using real estate software and data analysis tools
