Job description
The ASSISTANT LEASING MANAGER is responsible for:
- Supporting the office leasing operations within a commercial real estate environment. This role assists in managing tenant relations, overseeing leasing activities, marketing office spaces, and ensuring the timely execution of lease agreements.
- Collaborating within the team to maximize occupancy, maintain strong tenant satisfaction, and help meet leasing revenue goals.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of lease agreements, tenant communications, and property details.
- Preparing reports on leasing activity, occupancy rates, and market trends for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in office leasing, commercial real estate, or property management (preferred).
- Strong understanding of office leasing processes, including contract negotiation, pricing, and tenant relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate laws and regulations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Alliance Global Tower, Taguig.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to Do Field Work: This role requires field visits to properties, so the candidate should be willing and able to perform on-site duties as needed.
- No Commission or Quota: The position does not involve sales quotas or commission-based compensation. The focus is on operational excellence and leasing management.
- Regularization: The role is a full-time, regularized position after the probationary period, offering long-term career stability.
